Rena Siwek Southern worked as the public relations manager for the famed B.B. King Blues Club, where she promoted concerts and put together the hottest music shows.  Her second career finds her back in graduate school, with a focus on sociology, all the better to get her and her husband ready for their new arrival!  This is their first child, and Rena gives a candid, and at times hilarious, take on what being pregnant is like for her.
