Dr. Stephen Silberstein is a Professor of Neurology at the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Director of the Jefferson Headache Center.
Dr. Silberstein has done extensive research and investigational drug studies on the treatment of acute migraine headache and on hormonal migraine and triggers.
Dr. Silberstein is a member of the U.S. Headache Consortium, and contributed to the guidelines for migraine treatment released in June of 2000. Dr. Silberstein is also the editor of Wolfe's Headache, one of the most prestigious publications in neurology.
His many books and other publications are among the most widely studied and recommended.
