Transcript:If you live in a house with walls, (and we bet you do), you can get killer calves in mere weeks! Your calf muscles are responsible for getting you from place to place and ensuring that you look damn good while you do. Thank them for their efforts by getting them tight and toned. Stand on the edge of a step with the balls of your feet on the step and your heels hanging off. Lower your body and then raise back up on your toes. For best results, perform two sets of fifteen reps. This exercise is often the most effective when performed barefoot, as thick-soled shoes reduce the distance you can raise your heels. Who knew that you could get such sexy calves without spending a cent?
