As an actress, on-camera host, fitness/lifestyle coach and former professional dancer, Erin Stutland proves you truly CAN do it all. After dancing with several professional touring companies, Erin moved to New York City and quickly booked work starring in independent films and award winning Off-Broadway shows and guest starring in hit shows such as The Sopranos, Chappelle's Show, Sex and the City and As the World Turns.

In 2006 Erin discovered her knack for inspiring people to think, feel and act in new ways, thus changing the direction and quality of their lives. She became a certified fitness instructor, dance and meditation teacher as well as a lifestyle coach to clients looking to make drastic changes in all areas of their lives. She helps clients transform from the inside out, developing a deeper sense of confidence and connection to self. Erin brings fearless, unbound energy and a unique sense of humor, sass and fun to every class, every client and every project.
